Richmond Kickers win USL2 Championship
All is well in Richmond! Edson Elcock, John DiRaimondo (on load from DC United), and David Bulow all found the back of the net in their match against Charlotte for the USL Second Division Championship. This was one of the best matches all season for the Kickers and it was the best match for them to show it. They found their streak during the 2nd half of the Harrisburg match the week prior in the 120 minute excitement that ended with a Deli goal in the last minute of the match. The goal that the team gave up in the first half was a perfectly placed pass for Charlotte and you can not really fault the Kickers defense for that play.
